About Villa Fulmar

Villa Fulmar is a brand new Villa built with green energy principles in 2020 with a gorgeous view at sea and mountains. 

Villa Fulmar is a luxury 4bedroom villa of 250square meters including the big veranda with the pool, gardens and private parking. It is fully air-conditioned in Summer and heated in winter months. 

Villa Fulmar is divided in 2 levels all decorated with unique details and features. A big living room, one room with view at the pool with a double bed, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area are offered on the ground floor.

Three master bedrooms on the second level with double bed and private bathrooms included.  All double beds can be changed to 2 singles in all 4 bedrooms. 

Xamoudochori is an amazing peaceful and romantic small village with a Kafenion (traditional cafe). A few mini markets, taverns-bars and pharmacy can be found in Maleme 3kilometres away. The larger seaside village of Maleme offers a big variety of super markets , taverns, cafe and an organized beach.

Xamoudochori is 7km from the famous village of Platanias and 20km from the town of Chania. A car is suggested to visit the nearby sandy beaches, the town of Chania and Rethymno and other sightseeing like the Knossos antiquities area in Heraklion.
