The rooms are arranged on the first and second floor. On the top floor, there is also a charming terrace or solarium available for the use of guests, from where you can enjoy the view.

Villa Fulmar is a luxury 4 bedroom villa of 250 square meters including the big veranda with the pool, gardens and private parking. It is fully air-conditioned in Summer and heated in winter months.

Our Pool & Veranda
Villa Fulmar is a luxury 4 bedroom villa of 250 square meters including the big veranda with the pool.
The big veranda of Villa Fulmar on the first level of 70sqm including the pool offers an outdoor dining area and of course the amazing view of the mountains and sea. Guests may also enjoy the gardens of the complex.
Another veranda is included on the second level with an amazing view at the mountains and the sea. It can be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a drink while enjoying the sound of the singing birds.
A small veranda is also overlooking the White Mountains of Crete where Zeus is said to have been born in a cave, according to Greek mythology.
